we wear tight pants because guys like it. but some girls wear tight pants and they shouldn't. plus it makes their butts look bigger and guys love that!

Tight pants make you self concious of your wieght. Maybe that is why women enjoy them so much as they have been conditioned to care about wieght so much via cultral influences.

I don't know to look thinner maybe. In reality it only makes you look fatter, gives you an infection downstairs and makes you stink then that defeats the whole purpose.
