You are exactly where you should be regarding your weight, don't let people tell you, that you are too fat or too skiny.
You make that decision.

Hey, almost me too, 36 and 5'3"!
It has to do with bone frame... I look and feel my best at 120 to 140. I feel the most healthy and alive. I have the most energy on the higher end of that scale. I have birdie bones. My sister has a heavier built frame and looks really good at 150 to 160. She gets attention and turns heads. It really is a bit heavier than the doctor charts for her, but she really works out.

I am the same height as you and should weigh 8.7lb. I am currently 12st and my target is 10st. I have never been a thin person and never will be. It all depends on your make-up. I think it's whatever you feel happy at and are eating healthily.

Check out one of those body mass index (bmi) charts. They can be found on the internet and show you what your weight should be in comparison to your height.

Check out mypyramidtracker.gov, they can help you with what you should be eating (how many calories), and what kind of nutrients you're lacking in your diet. They can also track your physical activity and warn you when you're exercising too much.
