I think the question you should be asking yourself is, why do you want an Escalade? Is it an image thing? Do you think that driving an escalade defines who your are? ask yourself these questions because only you know the answers. Driving an explore or escalade does not make you more or less of a person. You are who you are, even if you ride on a tricycle ... lol.

You want an Escalade you save up your money and buy it yourself.
Dont got the money ? gratefully take the Explorer and shut up.
My Dad had bought me a car once and I hated that he went with out me! I wanted a truck! I didnt want the car he picked out... but it was a done deal so I thanked him and took it .. turned out to be one of the best damn cars I ever had.
So, untill you have the money to buy it yourself.. take what you are given gratefully.. or go without.

So many nasty kids dying because they are only mature in the body, but, not in the mind!
Buy you the gas, I would not!
Earn your own money, you must! Buy your own car, the exact one you want, otherwise, you'll probably just wreck the gift Explorer, so then Daddy will buy what you want?
Two year old, throwing a tantrum! You shouldn't even be trusted to drive! Too immature! Too dangerous to self and others!!!

Uh...hello! (what is this...hey, are we all on Mtv's Super Sweet Sixteen?!?)
Most teenager's parents don't buy them cars at all! My parents wouldn't even teach me to drive or co-sign for the car! The first car I drove was a 1989 ford taurus...and the year wasn't 1989, it was 2002. I couldn't even afford to buy it, it was given to me by my aunt when she got a new car. And the paint was peeling off and my dad sold it when I went to college!
SO SUCK IT UP!

What an ungrateful brat. You don't even deserve a car. Your dad should just take you down to the bus depot and show you all the different bus routes!!

Just be gratefull your dad is buying you a car. Not many kids get that. It's not all about the car. It's that your dad loves you.

Beggars can't be choosers. If you really want a different car, try getting a job and offering to pay for half.

What makes you think anyone should buy you a car? If you never have to work for anything - you'll neve know what value is.

Be thankful you're not my child. With that attitude you would get a kick in the pants and then be told to buy your own vehicle!
