I want to be able to cut a clip of one of my music downloads that I have. Like my batman song i got off internet. It is to big to send to my cell phone, I need software I guess to shorten it. I looked at acid but I am not sure.

You can do basic editing in nero wave editor, but need to convert the MP3 into wav, coz in nero MP3 editing is only a limited usage facility. So i think you should use iTunes to convert your songs to wav format and do the editig in nero wave editor. Another option is to use the software like audacity to do all sorts of Audio editing in addition to trimming your MP3s. Best of Luck...Bye...

In the long version of Nero you can cut off the song.

Audacity is free and should do the job.
