If no one ever asks this question again, might I attain the state of Zen Yahoo enlightenment?

The answers you'll get will depend on who answers. Some fundamentalists say they go to hell, or at best, not to heaven.

Some Christian belief systems hold that only if you are among the chosen will you rise to heaven, and the rest of us will either be resurrected to an Earthly paradise or will forever remain worm fodder.

Some say that the truly innocents will go to heaven if they never had the chance to exercise their will or never "heard the word."

Some say you're going to come back as a part for my VW van. (In fact, I'm kind of hoping that happens soon, LOL.)

This is assuming that one believes that all good people go to heaven as it is. The Bible actually points to a specific number of people to rule as Kings and Princes over the earth--144,000 (Rev 14:1; Eph 3:6). Over who? Those who are righteous enough to live there after wickedness has been done away with. Now, as to those who have never had a chance to prove themselves, they are included in what many people know as the unrighteous, although this is misunderstood as the same as wicked (Acts 24:15). There is a difference. (Ps 37:10) So, only those who make an informed stand against God will be done away with. All others, informed and loyal, and uninformed and yet awaiting their chance to learn of Him will be brought into a righteous new world where they can prove their worth.

They wouldn't go to heaven as sad as it is....John 14:6. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh unto the Father but by me." In order for a person to go to heaven, they need to believe in the one and only God...Jesus Christ. God gave each and every person on this earth a yearning to worship something and to know that there are higher powers. Christ won't come back until the Gospel is preached throughout the whole world.....

Don't listen to the ignorant.
Those people you speak of will be resurrected and will have a chance to hear the Gospel during the Millenium.
No one can go to Heaven except thru Jesus Christ.
Even the Old Testament Jews in hell had to hear the Gospel.

First of all, yes, God does love us all, but that doesn't mean that we all get a free ticket to Heaven. It's idiotic to think that Jesus came to this earth and died a horribly painful death for no reason. He did it so that all who believe in Him as their Savior can go to Heaven. If you don't believe in God, you won't go to Heaven. But just believing in God won't get you there either. The Bible says that even the demons believe in Jesus, and they tremble. But we know that they certainly aren't going to spend eternity in Heaven. Only those whose sins are washed in the blood of Jesus are going to Heaven. Those aren't my words, they're His. Read the Bible starting in the book of John to find out for yourself. As for those who have never heard, the Bible says in Romas 1:20, "For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse." God reveals Himself through the things which He has made, so no one has an excuse for not being saved. You may think this is harsh, but it's what the Bible says. God is an awesome God with unequaled power! He loves everyone who is reading this, and has an awesome plan for your life. It's not always easy to follow Him, but it will be worth it when we are faced with eternity.

As no one has ever verified that there is a heaven or hell, no one can truthfully say that anyone would go to heaven or hell no matter what or who they believe.

My guess is that heaven and hell are imaginary places created by humans whose sense of self doesn't want to die and wants to live forever.

I couldn't imagine a more depressing thing than living forever in heaven or hell. Even heaven would become a hell after awhile.

First we need to answer this question..."which God are you talking about ?" Shiva ? Ra ? Superman ?

to answer your question the answer is no one...and the reason why is that God does have a name..and when you pray to "God" your really praying to nothing... since God is the same as god, a title...look it up in the dictionary
God same as god --
and then look up Jehovha--

every man was given a portion of faith. EVERY MAN!
God knows the hearts of people. That's all I can say.

I don't know any more, but I do know that if I were to go there for whatever reason, it would be my duty to introduce them.

If they did not have the chance to hear the gospel in this life, and don't believe in god, then they will have a chance to hear and accept it in spirit world. If they are pure in heart and have a contrite spirit then they will accept the gospel!

I've always wondered that. If they have never been introduced to the truth, how would they know the truth. Hmmm
