It is very hurtful when an older sibling fights with us all the time. He fights with you because YOUR PARENTS LET HIM. Go to your parents and tell them that you need their help with your brother, and go to your brother and ASK HIM why he always wants to fight with you. Say, "Can we do something NICE together? I would really like that." Maybe then, he would stop and realize that you look up to him, and want his love and acceptance. Tell him that you know he can beat you up, and you know that he knows more things than you do. Tell him that instead of hitting you, or yelling at you, you really want him to try to just talk calm to you. If he is hitting you, THAT is AGAINST the law. If he is really mean, tell your parents, and if they don't do anything, call the law. There is a hotline number you can call to get help, or to talk to someone who can help you. A lot of big brothers are like this because they think it is funny to push the little brother or sister around and show their authority over them. One day he will stop doing this because you will grow up, and MAY get bigger than him. I wish you luck with him, and I pray that he will show you how much he loves you. I know you only want his love. He loves you, but he has problems right now. So, talk to your mom and tell her how much this is hurting you, and how badly you need her and your dad to LOOK and SEE what he is doing. You need them to be a referee, and make him stop.

You mean why does your brother fight with you? The best person to answer that question is your brother. Why don't you ask him?

that's just the joy of being a sibling. Brothers and sisters fight with one another. They are with each other most of the time, they are familiar with one another and therefore they are comfortable with picking a fight with each other.
Don't your parents control the situation?

Your brother loves you to death .
Waite til you get older you'll both look back & lauhg about it . it might not seem like it now but your brothers not going to let any thing happen to you. you'll see.
