hey, does anyone have the keyword to get onto isla culebra, for the Volvo Hunt??? Or any useful hints that would help me figure it out? i noticed that most of the other keywords have been words on The Hunt map... so i tried some of them but they didn't work. And somehow i skipped over two of the islands (diomedes, and mas a tierra) but i don't really think that matters. so if anyone has hints or the actual keyword, hopefully you can help me...

To get the keyword to get on Isla Culebra stick the ends of the key on crow peak and the ring (base) over the Red Rock, then rotate in around clock wise to the following locations (all rocks) which the ring (base) passes over. Take the second letter of each word, put them together (not using the starting point, Red Rock) and you get the following:

sHort peak
cUrl rock
wReck tomb
bArrel stone
sCar mountain
gAte rocks
oNe stone

Put them together and you get Huracan.

The key to answering the puzzle on the island is all about the timing and counting. If you have a stop watch, this would be a good time to use it.

What you have to do is count the number of time the lightning strikes the Earth, and then the number of seconds between that strike and the thunder that follows.

The number of strikes is the coordinate, the time it takes for the thunder tells us the position. There are ten strikes, and the can take up between 1 and 10 seconds.

The answer and its explanation are below:

The first number is the number in which the lightning strikes appear

The second number is the number of strikes (coordinate)

The third number is the seconds that the thunder takes to sound (position)

1 - 1,1
2 - W,10 (rather than counting the strike, look at the pattern, it looks like a W)
3 - N,5 (same as above)
4 - 5,3
5 - 6,7
6 - 5,4
7 - 7,6
8 - 4,8
9 - 7,2
10 - 9,9

Therefore the numbers are
1755N7649W

How come you don't count blue mountain or costa's rock? Some of the other rocks don't fall very well into the circle, either. Also, why don't you count red rock at the beginning or the end? It would make sense at the end.

Then, what are you supposed to do on the island if u don't have a stop watch, or what if u goof up?
