I am translating an architectural text from Spanish to English and I came across "ladrillo bolseado" (an economical way of smoothing and texturing brick which gives an attractive rustic texture and fills pointing prior to painting). The immediate translation into English is "bagged brick". Just checking, I searched it with Yahoo and it returned hundreds of pages. To my surprise, all of them from Australia! Not a single page from the USA... since my translation is for use in the USA, I need the American expression for the "Australian bagged brick".
