The person providing the mouth holds warm water in their mouth while doing oral sex to the guy. Without choking on the water, that's the important part. Not choking.

How warm is the water - should be "very warm/hot but not scalding". Also, tell me you re-warmed that cloth over the 5 minutes - if you literally held it to your eye for 5minutes, it'd be cold after 2 and become mostly useless. Best advice is to re-immerse the towel every minute to re-warm. Blurriness - caused by pressure of you pushing the towel into your eyeball. It has been known to occur, and suggest you're pushing too hard. If you can regain normal vision, then you'll be find... but don't PRESS down as hard =) "Gently but firmly" is the way to go =)

That's too dangerous. Saliva is warm and wet enough.
