Cut up an angel food cake into cubes.

Put 1/2 in a large glass bowl or trifle dish. Cover with a layer of crushed fruit (like strawberries or raspberries). Then spread on a layer of whipped cream (1 Cool Whip container).

Repeat with the cake and fruit, then refrigerate so it all melds together.

Just before serving, scoop into a dessert dish. Add a scoop of French Vanilla ice cream and cover with more fruit.

Nothing beats it!

Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

24 Ice Cream Sandwiches
1 Bottle Chocolate Fudge Sauce
1 8oz Cool Whip

Layer 12 sandwiches in bottom of baking dish
Spread Choc. sauce over top
Layer remaining 12 sandwiches on top of chocolate
Freeze 2-3 hours or until time needed
Take out of freezer 15-20 mins before serving, spread with cool whip and add maraschino cherries on top.

This is a simple dessert and real good to.Buy a can of sweetened condensed milk,open it and put it in a bowl.Mix in a pack of kool-aid(any flavor)strawberry is good.Mix in a bowl of coolwhip.After all that is mixed together,pour the mixture in a graham cracker crust.Put in refrigerator and let chill for about 2 hours.

Cascade Berry Shortcake

4 pieces your favorite shortcake
1 pint strawberries
1 pint raspberries
1 pint blackberries
1 pint blueberries
2 cups sugar
whipped cream, for topping

Combine all berries with sugar and allow to sit at room temperature for 2 to 3 hours until juices have been released from the berries.

Top shortcake with berries and add whipped cream.

Dice equal portions of papayas, bananas, pineapples and chunks of firm mangoes, toss in a mixture made from 1teaspoon lime juice, 1 tablespoon honey and 4 tablespoons of your favorite fruit juice. layer with your favorite yogurt in a bowl or parfait glass, chill and serve!

BLOOD ORANGE SORBET
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups blood orange juice


In a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring water and sugar to a simmer and simmer for 2 minutes to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat and cool. Stir in the juice and taste for sweetness. Make the sorbetto according to the manufacturer's instructions for your ice cream maker. Or pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it into the freezer for 1 hour. Break up the ice particles with a fork every hour until a smooth, frozen consistency is achieved.


CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM PIE
1 CHOCOLATE GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
1 1/2 PINTS VANILLA ICE CREAM
2 CUPS CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER
1 18 OZ. JAR ICE CREAM FUDGE TOPPING, SLIGHTLY HEATED
1 8 OZ. COOL WHIP

MIX ICE CREAM AND PEANUT BUTTER TOGETHER ON LOW SPEED FOR ONE MINUTE. POUR INTO PIE CRUST AND FREEZE UNTIL FIRM, ABOUT 3 HOURS. WARM TOPPING SLIGHTLY AND SPOON OVER ICE CREAM MIXTURE. RETURN TO FREEZER. SERVE WITH COOL WHIP ON EACH PIECE. RETURN LEFTOVERS TO FREEZER.



Snicker Cheesecake Pie

4 Snickers candy bars
1 (10 inch) pie crust, baked
12 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons milk

Cut candy bars into small pieces and place in bottom of pie
crust. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together.
Add eggs, sour cream and peanut butter, beating at low speed
until combined. Pour over candy pieces. Bake at 325 degrees for
35-40 minutes. Cool. Melt chocolate chips with milk. Stir until
smooth. Spread over filling. Refrigerate for 2 hours.



Creamy Lemon Pie
1-3/4 cups cold milk
juice from 2 lemons, strained
1 package instant vanilla pudding
1 package instant lemon pudding
1 small box lemon jello (do not add water..just add the powdered jello)
1 8-oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker crust

Pour milk into large bowl. Add dry pudding mixes and jello. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. Add lemon juice; beat an additional minute or until well blended. (Mixture will be thick) Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Chill before serving.
