Is haveing occasional incestual feelings normal? Will these urges pass?

Sure it's normal, make a move on your sis, see how she responds, if she doesnt' slap you, go all the way. You only live once, do you want to perfrom oral on your sis?

Don't kid yourself, relax, you most certainly would not be the first person in the world facing this issue.
The problem of incest has been around since the concept of families was created. To have sexual feelings for siblings always has been probably normal to some degree and is likely more out of curiosity for pre-adolescents ---however to be obsessed continually with incestual feelings is not normal behaviour and can be considered abusive.
Your sexual interests should CLEARLY be elsewhere. Someone ELSE's sister should be of more interest to YOU.
Remember that the concept of incest was historically instilled in societal mores and laws to prevent INBREEDING of siblings and family members; it therefore became taboo in religious belief, practice and law, and remains taboo and illegal in today's society.
If these 'urges' do not pass, better get some counselling rather than continue with this potentially destructive behaviour.

I'm sure it's more prevalant than most people would like to admit, especially a more distant relative, like a step-sister, cousin, etc. It is probably relatively normal to have thoughts about it but less common to actually go through with it.

It matters how old you are to begin with. If you're just hitting puberty, then it's probably a natural thing and it'll pass. I had similar feelings for my cousin when I was a kid and it passed in a few months.
If you're a grown man and wanting to honestly "do" your sister, then I'd suggest seeing a psychologist.

It is NOT normal to obssess over your own flesh and blood.
Focus on finding a GIRLFRIEND who will help replace the UNHEALTHY thoughts in your head.
