real fruit juices. ideally organic. with no added high fructose corn syrup. orange juices, etc., e.g. expensive, but better, options would be juices like odswalla or naked.

I am addicted to Crystal Light - all of the flavors taste great and they have so few calories. I always have a pitcher made. I love the Raspberry Ice and the Iced Tea.
Another good drink is Minute Maid Light Lemonaide and Limeade - so tasty that you would never know they are "light"!

My new favorite is orange juice spritzer - or you could make any type of juice spritzer. It is just half juice, half sparkling water. Spritzers taste good, cut down on the sugars and calories, and they have vitamins and minerals, too!
Or try unsweetened tea. At first, it is bitter, but then you will get used to it. I like to mix one bag green tea, one bag Celestial Seasonings Tension tamers, and one bag of black tea. That will make about a half a pitcher.

Try a flavored tea (loose teas are best). Use cane sugar, its better for you than bleached white sugar. And check the labels on your food containers and stay away from things with high fructose corn sugar, and partially hydrogenated oils...sorry if thats too much info.

Try tea, sweeten with brown sugar. It's good iced, room temperature or hot. Green tea is good for you.
