Studies have shown that it's better to eat like six small meals throughout the day (and exercise) than to eat 2. The reason is that the body will go into storage mode when it gets starved and your metabolism slows down. When you start eating normally again you'll gain back your weight and probably more.

Why are you doing this? It's the first thing that I thought after reading what you wrote. It sounded like you are ready for a fight. You can eat what ever you like as far as I'm concerned. I just wonder why. Are you trying to lose a few pounds because you weigh over 400 pounds or something? If you are, you are not going about it the right way. Experience has taught me that the best way to stay fit is to eat a moderate calorie diet and exercise more than you eat. That means talking to someone who knows about calorie burning off. So if you eat a diet of 200 calories and burn off 250 calories running or bicycling or playing softball, then you are 50 ahead. Someone can tell you how much weight is in 50 calories. A personal trainer or someone at the YMCA or YWCA. If that's what you are trying to accomplish you don't need to punish anyone, just do it right. Good luck to you.

Actually, yes, as long as you are keeping the vegetable carbs at 20 or less, and drinking a good amount of water. Not a huge amount, but around 8 glasses a day. You will quite quickly notice that not only do you have way more energy than before, but that the poundage will start to come off. Be sure to take vitamins though.
If you do not, however, wish to loose weight, make sure you are taking in more carbs.

You should eat three meals per day. The reason is your brain sends a signal to your body. This signal tells your body that you are starving (even though you aren't) and your body in return stores your food as fat. This is a defense thing to bulk up incase of starvation. Try to eat three small portions per day. The biggest part is being careful of what you are eating. Also, drink a lot of water and try vitamins. One thing I have figured out is unless you are prepared to diet the rest of your life don't start. When you go back to eating normally you will only gain your weight back. You should also try some exercise, just don't try to much at once you'll burn out fast.

First of all:
Congratulations on wanting to get healthy.
If you're 16 and eat moderately and exercise, this weight is going to come off pretty easily.
A few ideas:
1. I'd encourage you to eat breakfast. Doesn't have to be much. A piece of whole grain toast with peanut butter will do it.
2. Carry around some snacks with you just in case you get hungry. Some toasted almonds... some raisins. I know sometimes I let myself get so hungry I just start shoving the food in like a maniac.
3. Walk. As much as you can. I started out at 15 minutes every other day and now I'm up to 45 minutes a day and I've really grown to look forward to it. I put my favorite songs on my IPod and I just start walking.
4. Your ultimate success will depend on your state of mind. If you approach this whole thing as a gift to yourself, you're more likely to stick with it than if you look upon it as punishment.
5. I don't know if you like to read, but 'When Food is Love" by Geneen Roth is wonderful. It's not about what to eat, but why we eat and what we can do about that.
Good luck to you. And be nice to yourself. You deserve it!

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d
*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.
Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with excellent resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter.
A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.
*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.
*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Email me if you want a good indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have other questions.

It'll work, but it's really lopsided. Do add a few snacks (i.e. one piece of fruit and 1 no-fat joghurt a day) or 1 breakfast cereal bar and a piece of fruit.
Drink your water, that's good.
You have to vary your diet a bit because even if you love chicken, you'll still get sick of it. You can have 4 oz fish, or 4 oz of lean pork or beef (tenderloin) and don't be afraid to add a few carbs. It's not as if non-veg carbs are poisonous. A half a slice of whole grain bread here and there is fine or half a potato or a handful of noodles.

depends on "will that get me anywhere" where is anywhere?
I only eat two meals a day, lunch and dinner, I can't eat breakfast, it makes me sick, I dont' eat much sweets, and I am not loosing weight.
It won't help you gain weight, and if you are wanting to loose weight, you will still have to excersice, now, I am not encouraging you to eat only two meals a day, It is best to eat the three, at least something for breakfast, like a banana, or apple or something. I cannot eat until 10 am at least. My stomach got messed up after having cancer, ever since i cant eat too early.

You're not talking about what sort of working out you do. If you are only eating 2 meals a day and not doing and exercises it's not going to do anything for you.
You need to be eating at leat 5 SMALL meals a day. Otherwise your starving your body and you're going to end up grazing and feeling guilty.
