The USA can attack absolutely anyone it wants to attack. As long as it doesn't mind getting wiped off the face of the planet for doing so.

China has a 3 milliion soldiers, 300 Ships, 60 submarines, and 15,000 fighter jets and the numbers are growing daily. However, most China's weapons are old age Russian grade. Having a big army doesn't mean much, if they're not disciplined, well-trained and possessed up to date military equipments, military satelites, advanced warning systems, good hospital, be able to feed its 3 million soldiers. Remember, Japan defeated China during WWII. The truth is US will not attack China, there is a possibility that the US will fight on the opposing side of China in the distant future when China invades Taiwan.

Not a religious or even a spiritual question...
ok I will be nice and answer your question. Armies do not really need to exist anymore. The U.S. has enough nukes by themselves to blow the world up many times over. They also have the most technological advanced military. Do your research; the Cold War between the US and USSR was a joke because in the end, all the US had to do to win was drive the USSR into an economic depression which eventually caused them to disintegrate. No one has been able to come up with the funds or technology to take down the U.S. ever since (China included). Infact, it was the U.S. who revealed a lot of their technology to the Chinese, and most of it the Chinese stole during early stages of the Cold War by sending in spies like the Soviets did. I believe America will bring itself out of power from within itself. Similar to the Civil War, but it will be a political battle, and their system will collapse.
-or perhaps, all China has to do is buy the U.S. and take over the country that way. Afterall, they do have a stronger economy than the U.S. because they produce more and sell their products for less money. Many businesses over in the U.S. are owned by Chinese citizens. Ofcourse they will also have to contend with India as well.

Mutual assured destruction (MAD) is a doctrine of military strategy in which a full scale use of nuclear weapons by one of two opposing sides would result in the destruction of both the attacker and the defender. It is based on the theory of deterrence according to which the deployment of strong weapons is essential to threaten the enemy in order to prevent the use of the very same weapons. The strategy is effectively a form of Nash Equilibrium, in which both sides are attempting to avoid their worst possible outcome.
Iraq's army, by the way, was considered to be the world's fourth largest standing army at the outset of the gulf war.
Historically, do you think Japan and Germany were considered "weakness countries with no army"?
Besides, waiting for these countries to accumulate the military means that would constitute what you call a 'big army' would be like giving cancer a fighting chance before you start treatment...

Hey, N.Korea has a 1 million man Army..
China has about a 3 million man Army..
Both attacked the U.S. back in the 50's and the U.S. has been having word battles and or small battles ever since.
On the News ( if you could tear yourself away from the i-net you would see where Korea is launching missles that could hit the U.S..
North Korea can not even feed their people, but they have a large army.

If the USA really wanted to, they could destroy any country on Earth and no one could stop them. China is the second biggest super power and even they pale in comparison. The US tends to fight diplomatic wars, not real wars. In Iraq they are attempting to end dictatorship and establish democracy which is far more complicated than just going over and kicking someone's ***. I blame our president and his horrible foreign diplomacy but it's still almost comical how trendy it has become to hate the US. It's more based on mob mentality than knowledge which is sad really.
Luckily we don't share that mentality or you'd all be under US rule already!

China has the largest population of any nation on Earth. However they do not have the ability to arm all of them to repell an envasion.
When we invaded Iraq they had one of the best trained forces in that part of the world. I think we did fine there.

Are you saying that we are losing Iraq? The only reason we are still fighting is because our enemies dont wear uniforms, they blend into the crowd. How well do you think an American could blend into the crowd?
