Get some common household pliers and pull out the tooth.
rinse tooth under warm water to melt jolly rancher.
place a small piece of gum under tooth and then stick it back in place.
press down with other teeth to lock tooth into place.
good as new. Right?

In between your tooth? then try using a floss to get it out. You can also try putting hot water on it which will "melt" it away but be careful you might hurt your tongue and surrounding areas. If it's not bothering you, just lick it till it is gone and then floss out the remaining pieces. If this is serious and you're bleeding/in allot of pain you might want to consider going to a doctor/dentist.

First, soak warm water on it. That should let it melt. After this immediately brush and floss. If you don't brush or floss it will get bacteria in your teeth and start to have tooth loss on that tooth...

Hot water will help melt the candy. Don't pull out a filling like I used too!

What? I have never heard of this. I would say drink something warm over time and hopefully it will melt off.
