you will find the word...cheeseburger is understood all over the western world...and onion is also internationally recognised...just say it in English if you cant master Spanish

just say it in english !!! even if you did master saying it in spanish the customer might want to go on in a conversation with you and when they find out your limited and only know that phrase they might laugh even harder ...
