Pan fry 1lb of ground beef. Add a can of tomato sauce. Add a Taco/nacho season pouch. Simmer 20 minutes. Place nacho chips (restaurant style are good) on a tray. spread some ground beef over the chips, sprinkle on some grated cheddar cheese... put under the broiler till the cheese starts to melt. Now pile on some chopped tomatoes and lettuce. Add sour cream and salsa if you like as well. Eat immediately... while it's still hot. Yum.

My favorite way is to cube some Velveeta cheese and put it in a microwavable bowl with Pace Mild salsa. Then put in a couple shots of tabasco. Microwave until melted.
