My friend has a Toco toucan and he loves fresh fuit which is 75% of what he has to eat. Anybody know some really good fruit that he might like to try? He currently eats papaya, cantaloupe, watermelon, grapes, apples, and bananas.

you are doing a good job, just try different things to see what he likes, but do it safely, watch out for pits and seeds.

Well Toucan's love fruit as you said i have found out most of the fruits they love the most are berries such as blueberry,strawberrys,raspberry they also love pinapple,bannahs and other fruit there grow in there habitat,They will also eat diced oranges and watermellon or mellon well to conclude this part all up they love fruit but make sure they are freshly picked and you put them under water for 5 seconds,Toucans will also eat eggs and sometimes small animals Rats,smaller birds,fish when it is mating time they will eat a large ammount of insects for protein they get most of the water they need from fruit but a bowl of cold water is also very good to do but not to cold a toucan can also be fed crickets also for more protein grapefruit,oranges,pinapple,tomatoes,lime can cause citric acid whice ulcerate stomachs will cause digesting problems(only give them these as a trea 1-3 pieces every 1-2 weeks to be safethe best fruit for them are bannanahs,grapes,papya,apples.cantaloup they love them and will make your toucan be healthy and happy uneaten food(meat ect) will/can be roten or not good enough whice will KILL your toucan they mostly use water supplys for bathing but it will always be good to keep 2 bowls are your house one in the kitchen one wear akll his stuff is and if u have a mini house a balcaney where it has a lid so the bir can fly away keep one there to

Grapes!!!! Green seedless grapes!!! You can could also give him a little citrus as well. Oranges.

anything random in the produce section... mango, fig, plantain... I'd say papaya but you already mentioned that.

Hmm..I had a cockatiel..and he ate EVERYTHING even chocolate. He always ate his veggies..spinach, carrots, tomatoes..and always had to have his meat!
