I don't know her very well, but I would really like to get to know her more by taking her. I'm really afraid of being turned down, since I'm not extremely handsome or anything. I don't know if she's single, if she likes me, what she likes and dislikes, and that concerns me alot. I don't know what to say when I ask her. It would be nice to see her again afterwards, but just going out with her once would be great. Please help!!

ok first (i know it is hard) be confident. You have to show interest other wise she will not even know u r. If you want simply talk to her first, small talk. Or u could just flat ask her out but that usually doesn't work. I would, first talk to her and find out somethings about her, if she is single, what she likes, etc.
I have herd that guys are really afraid of being turned down, i know it can be really sad, but i don't think it really is that big of a deal, i mean so what, her loss.
Anyway bottom line, be your self, show interest, and be confident.
oh and if u want ot go out with her after words, just kinda slip it in, like "ya know i heard this movie was really cool and i think u would like it, would u like to go?' just be casual, and if she says no, then ask well what would u like to do, or u can just leave it alone.

You will never get to know her if you keep scurting around the problem.Just ask her or try to find a creative way to ask her.worse case she says no and you move on with your life...I dont think that is painful from what you already have with her,which is nothing.Just ask her you never know!Good luck
