Both, with catsup, onion, pickles, tomato, and lettuce.....I cook the burgers, and my wife makes the buns LOL

Mustard, because I hate Mayo (Unless it is in tuna or something). I love mustard! It is so much better than that sweet-tasting ketchup and the sour mayo.
