Under the couch. I always thought those things should come with homing devices, like cordless phones do. Push a button on the tv and the remote sings out "HERE I AM".

Lol, can't you turn it over with a button on the small screen television? Or, use the video to modify channels. it may well be lower than the chair or contained in the refrigerator, have you ever regarded there? Or, you may have left it contained in the lavatory once you went for a pee before.

Look under the sofa cushions and on top of the dvd and video player. If someone has hidden it on you bribe them to give it back. Look in the cupboards or in high up places. Under the sofa is another good place. Under the tv guide?

I've seen mine but if you can't see yours then 1. open your eyes and lOOk around or 2. go next door and watch their tv...this also saves you having to buy a TV licence, now I bet you didnt think of that one! ps if you live next door to me try another neighbour..ok
