Yes, theoreticaly. There is no way of knowing if there are any hidden, or underground bases bigger though.

Fort Hood is the biggest "Armored Post" in the military...It's home to two major division's...4th Infantry Division (currently deployed to Iraq,since Dec.05)...And 1st Calvary Division...

Well, it houses two divisions, so it's pretty freakin big. Most of it's training areas, though.

I think so, but it is mostly training areas. (Square miles, Trees and field sites, not units.)
