Caesar Dressing

1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon vinegar (Regina Red Wine)
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon, juice of
1/2 teaspoon anchovy past (optional)
1 raw egg
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon horseradish
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Accent to taste

Mix together and mix with lettuce (Romaine Lettuce is best).

Yep it's the fat. If you drank that much oil straight, I'm sure it wouldn't be half as pleasant.

But mixed up with parmesan, some garlic and egg yolk, some french mustard and lemon juice and worcestershire sauce, YUM!

I don't care about the fat... it's definitely worth it for the taste!

You CAN make a fat-free caesar salad dressing, just mix equal amounts of soy sauce and lemon juice. You'd be surprised how good it tastes (though still doesn't compare to the full fat dressing). I think that came from Oprah's old chef, Rosie's cookbook.

Eggs, olive oil, salt, pepper, anchovies, worcestershire sauce, garlic, lemon juice, dry mustard, & parmesan cheese. If you don't want to use eggs, mayo is an exceptable substitute.

It's so tasty because of all the yummy stuff in it.

Parmesan, olive oil, salt, pepper and some people put anchovies in theirs (but I think that's gnarly gross).

It's tasty because it's full of FAT. Most foods that are delicious are full of disgusting amounts of fat, and other things that are terrible for you.
