secretly invite his guy friends over for a surprise "poker night", order pizza and have some beer handy. Guys love to be able to be around their friends and their gf actually LIKE it!

As crazy as this sounds, make his favorite dessert (even if you have to ask his mom how to make it).

The nice thing about having a guy who just gets you stuff out of the blue is he is probably not looking for anything in return... he just wants to see you smile.

A CD of his favorite band? I like the jersey idea, but maybe a hat will do the trick, too. Maybe a DVD of one of his favorite movies. You are cool for wanting to return the favors, good luck to you both.

go to http://www.ghirardelli.com/bake/recipe.aspx?id=1015 and make the truffles. put them in a nice box and make it look very presentable. give them to him. this is a really good present, its never failed b4.
