Jesus is God in the flesh. Jesus made claims in the Bible that He is God -- not a prophet.
1. Jesus said that He and the Father are one. (John 10:30-33)
2. Jesus forgives sins. (Who else can do that?)
3. Jesus died and rose from dead. His grave is empty. If anyone wants to discredit Jesus, then prove He didn't rise from the dead. All somebody had to do, was show His corpse to everybody to prove Him wrong. Nobody did and nobody could because His body wasn't there!
4. Jesus said, I am the way the truth and the life, NOBODY comes to the Father except through Me. (John 14:6-9)

In the beginning of Johns Gospel John wrote the Word was God and the Word became flesh (namely Jesus). John also points to the equality of Jesus as God in 5:18.

Throughout the whole of the Bible there are references to one God. Isaiah talks about this several times such as in 44:6.

Because of the importance of Jesus, he is God as one in three persons because there is only one God, and Jesus sits at the right hand side of God. If Jesus was not God, he could not sit at the right hand side and be worshipped because there is only one God and is Jesus was not God, he would not be worshipped at the right hand side.

Jesus was the only begotten son of God. (The only one born from a women to earth by God) He lived a pure, sinless life and by doing so did not deserve to die in the flesh. (the penalty for sin) Because he did not deserve to die he could take up his life again. And because he has a body like god and was sinless has inherited all that the father (God) has. Becoming a God also. There is a lot more but that is most critical to understand first.

The very first thing we need to understand it that God is NOT a person. As created beings, there is no way we can ever really understand God.
Having said that, it becomes obvious that God can do whatever He decides He wants to do...including taking on flesh and being born in a human body on earth, while keeping His place in Heaven. He is not bound by any laws we can know or understand.
There are many, many, many verses in the Bible that identify God as the Saviour/Redeemer (do a word search and see), but my favorite is:
Isa 43:11 I, [even] I, [am] the LORD; and beside me [there is] no saviour.
I hope this helps.

Jesus is a Prophet, He was a man who was given the message of religion, by God. This message was written in the Bible. The Bible was then sadly distorted and changed. God sent another Prophet, The Prophet Muhammad. He was given a message from God to tell the whole world. This message is contained in the Koran the Muslim holy book, and has never been changed.

This is an easy one to get confused with.
We are so used to seeing People from the Git-Go, (birth) that it would be hard to understand what a CREATOR is.
We tend to lump all of us together.
On this, it is easier to just let GOD be.
Watch:
1. The CREATOR-------alway's was and is.
2. Decided to Create the EARTH and the UNIVERSE
3. Decided to Create Mankind to Live there
4. Mankind blew it ( Adam changed God's)
5. CREATOR decided to become a MAN and Fix-It
6. We don't know what being a CREATOR would be like
7. We know what it is to be a Man (male, female)
8. CREATOR can become many Personalitie's
9. All thing's are possible with GOD (The CREATOR)
10 We try to Understand the CREATOR
11. We get Confused
12. We only know People thing's.

Presto. and Ditto. Hope this helps.

god is one, jesus is his son and our brother, and nobody knows for sure who the "holy spirit" is, maybe a superior being, considering that God on the bible says something like this: you can take my name or the son's name and be forgiven, but never take the "holy spirit" name, which implies a more respected being therefore ..maybe..superior. the three beings are individuals and don't form a "One being" as catholic church preaches.
jesus said it many times.
