Equal has an indefinite shelf life if stored away from heat and humidity. To ensure the highest quality product, all Equal products are now produced with a Best By date stamped on them. The best by date will be 3 years from the date of production for products with aspartame and 2 years for products with acesulfame potassium. Equal Sugar Lite already is stamped with this Best By date.
