I think they come true when you least expect it. Like for instance you were just going in to a gas station to get a Pepsi. you were having financial problems that week and were feeling pretty crappy about finances. Everyone dreams about winning the lotto. You buy a scratch off lotto ticket and go on with your day. Later when you have a moment to scratch your ticket you look at the ticket and you won $3000.00. Even though a small dream but yet comes true when you least expect it and when needed. You just have to know where to go from there when they do come true.
