If there really had been an Adam and if there really had been a Garden of Eden, his skin would have been whatever color Holy Dude made it. That question is about as stupid as the White Supremacy Doctrine of "truth." Might as well ask "How many angels can dance on the head of a pin?"

Solomon's mines did and do exist. some of them are still producing today in Africa. That much of the bible was true, along with many of the distorted characters you find in the KJV.

But the theology sucks in Christianity as well as all other religions I have studied and read about.

Tom Paine said it best when he stated in the Age Of Reason that if Moses was indeed handed the Ten Commandments, then Moses did indeed see a miracke. When he told the rest of the Jews about the Ten Commandments, he told them about what allegedly happened to him. The Jews did not see the miracle, they were told about one. Today, the tale of the Ten Commandments is nothing more than a rumor to be believed or disbelieved at your own leisure.

If you claim God told you they are true through the "urgings of His Spirit," then I piut you in the same class as that screwball Bush whom God told to invade Iraq to make the world safe for multinational corporations.

Why not ask a more timely question like, "What's for dinner?"

Adam and Eve is a myth. They did not exist, and religion is a joke. Sorry to disappoint you, but science has an explanation for all, and will eventually dis-prove all religion and one day answer the question how humans got on earth and why we are here, and what we are, and so many other questions.

Since they were in the Fertile Crescent region, you could argue that they were tan (not to mention since they were perfect (without sin) (until the apple) they would have had great tans because everyone thinks a person with a good tan is attractive :) The Bible is above skin color though. Its universal message of love is for anyone of any ethnicity.

Keep in mind that Hispanics such as Mexicans have pale skin naturally but are known for being dark due to sun exposure. As a previous poster said, they were naked in the Middle East so they'd have dark skin whether they started out that way or not.

The first humans have been traced back to Africa, so therefore one would assume that Adam & Eve were black.
