eat your food slowly. your stomach takes time to realize that it is full so, as strange as it sounds, the slower you eat, the faster you seem full. also, rather that eating big meals 2 or 3 times a day try eating a small snack 4 or 5 times a day...it keeps your metabolism running throughout the entire day and youre not eating too much for your body to work off. also, forget the "dont eat after 7 pm" rule. if you eat a small snack before you go to bed (a healthy one of course!) it keeps your metabolism running throughout the night as well and youll feel/look better in the morning! oh, and drink lots and lots of water all the time. it can fill your stomach up and it does nothing but good for you! good luck with everything!

Drink a full glass of water prior to each meal. Then drink water during the meal as well.

Drink a glass of water before meals & with meals.

Eat lots of fiber dense foods like oatmeal, beans, fruits, veggies.

Chew your food slowly & allow your system to digest your food. The signals to your brain say that you're full so you stop eating sooner.

drink 2 glasses water b4 each meal, even brrakfast and dont skip breakfast it kick starts ur motabilism for the day good luck

Eat slow and by yourself with no distractions like tv. You'll get so bored that you'll stop eating before your full.

Also, eat things high in fiber. Veggies, esp. are good for this because the fiber makes you feel full.

WATER! as soon as your stomache starts rumbling drink water. It will stop and u will feel full.
