Depends, I enjoy it when my GF calls me that, but when another girl calls me that.... It makes me feel like I'm some kid. My girlfriend calls me Love Bug, Goober, pumpkin, sweetie, and a lot of other things.

I think so. If I'm in a restaurant, and the Waitress calls me "Hun" or "Sweetie", I give her a double tip.
But if you call Everybody some kind of endearing word, then it doesn't mean that much, does it?

well, u shouldnt call your bf a name that u call everyone.. like think of something special to call him, not just something generic u call everybody.. for example, one of my ex's called me "chinchilla" cause of my hair, and how soft it was, reminded her of a chinchilla.. and to this day she still calls me that, and no one else even tho we're broken up.. i thought it was really sweet

Let me think about this one.........NO! Sometimes pet names can be OK but that takes a while to figure out.
Hint: Ask the b/f what pet name he would like.
