Finding out why a person gets stressed is usually inconsequential. A lot of times, you can eliminate the stressors, but not always. I am a 33-year-old divorced single mother of one son who is almost 9. I work full-time, I go to school full-time, I make 20,000 a year, plus I have to take care of house, car, etc. I have redefined the word stress.
Something I have found that helps is exercise. I take judo three times a week and I work out on my lunch break almost every day. Knowing WHY a person is stressed is important, but even more important is what you choose to do about it. You can't always eliminate stress, but it can be moderated. Take a walk, call a friend, go to church, watch a funny movie.
A healthy mind and body do a lot to help eliminate the adverse effects of stress.
