Cherry picker? Also ask Americans how cranberries are harvested.

In quite a few nut orchards, they have tractor-like vehicles that grasp the trunk an start vibrating. The ripe nuts will be shaken loose and fall to the ground.

I've seen this done on TV, no equip is used they just give the trees a very good shaking, if the nuts don't fall they are not ready for picking, easy eh?? Get shaking and good luck!!
