That's an interesting question.
Why don't you do some research on it, and get back to us?

LOL I actually like this question, although it probably belongs in another section.

First, we'd have to answer the question of whether or not alcohol will have any affect on a vampire. If the answer is yes, then we'd have to examine how blood consumed by a vampire is processed. If it was digested like any other food, then I guess we'd have to get a biochemist to tell us whether or not there is enough alcohol in blood to get one buzzed.

Now that I've said that, I have to say the answer will be no. A blood alcohol content of 5% (approx that of a beer) would have already killed a person. So let's say you have an average drunk with a BAC of .15% (which would be pretty damned high. For a vampire to get the alcoholic affect of 12 oz of 5% beer, he'd have to drink 400 oz of blood with .15%

If a vamp got a buzz from this, he'd have to be a lighweight.

Vampires are nonexistent. Therefore, Vampire doesn't exist, vampire doesn't drink blood, vampire doesn't drink drunk people's blood, vampire doesn't get a buzz.
