This is my most favorite:
1 Sweet Potato, peeled and cubed
2 Yellow Potatoes, not peeled, but cubed
1 small yellow onion, sliced
2 Tbsp butter
a little olive oil
salt/pepper
Use a very large piece of heavy aluminum foil. Lay the potatoes and onion in the center of 1/2 of the foil in a flat layer. Drizzle with olive oil and dot with butter. Add a little salt and pepper to season.
Pull over the other 1/2 of the foil. Roll the edges and seal. Grill along side your meat. They cook in roughly the same amount of time as chicken (roughly 20 mins). They're PHENOMENAL!
Grilled Corn on the Cob
Clean out the silk, but leave the corn on the husks. Pull the husks back over the corn. Soak in salty water for 20 mins. Grill for 10 mins. The husk will help them steam and still get nicely carmelized in the last minute.
Grilled Onions
1 large onion for every 4 people
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Cut onion in quarters across its diameter (so you can see the rings intact), giving you 4 slices per onion. Brush cut side with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Lay on the grill for 2 mins. Brush the other side with olive oil and season. Flip and cook 2 mins more. Phenomenal to serve with grilled steak or lamb.
BTW, check out Bobby Flay's website for grilled pizza's. They're AWESOME.

Kraft.com has a ton of great recipes to try! Try marinated steak with roasted corn!!! (My favorite, not on the web site!!) Marinate the steak for at least 12 hrs, in a mixture of chopped garlic, worchestersire sauce, a dash of soy sauce, about 3 Tbsp. oil, about half a lemon of juice and your favorite seasoning blend (I like monterey!) it's yummy!
