be yourself and honest is the main thing
just say hi, ask how she is, find out her intrests etc
maybe throw in a few jokes, make her laugh

If your looking for a clear-cut "magic" answer, maybe you shouldn't talk to her at all. Your fighting for some imaginary word that's going to charm her to you.
Forget it.
Be yourself and talk to her. Who knows? Maybe she likes you and she's having the same problem, but don't be concerned with that. Be concerned with your lack of self-confidence.

complemnt her, but don't lie,and don't swell her head up with several complements. she could find you strange. say one to start a conversation. For example say, i like you shirt, is that nike...i love nike. She may continue with it from there. if not engage in a conversation like, did you see such and such movie yet...it was good. you could also find a similarity between you and her. for example, if you see she likes the Eagles and you do also, say to her, hey i see you like the Eagles...you think they're going to win... The conversation should expand from there. everyone will tell you to be yourself. Just pretend she is any ordinary girl you talk to with easy and confidence. good luck!!

just talk about everything. find out what she likes but don't touch her until u know she likes you

well....really u could say something like hi i have noticed u before and i would like to get to know u better...would u be able to (where ever u want to meet).and see if that works and then when u do talk to her just start with stuff that u like..music,movies,stuff at home siblings and stuff and then after u say what u like ask her what she likes and that will see what u have in common. good luck!
