If asking such a question was a "joke"...?...To whomever this person is: Be prepared, one day you will stand before God...searching for an answer to your so-called "joke".
Dude, get it right with Him. Don't do what you just did. Sure, He'll forgive you of the sarcastic words that came from your mouth. BUT, only if you choose to be forgiven by the One who loves you more than you could ever comprehend or IMAGINE.

The peace of God surpasses peace, above all human understanding and cannot be compared to the deluded, physical sensations of drunkeness. God is a spirit. Spirit is not flesh.
Why would He? Why would anyone, really want to be drunk? That makes no sense.

God is not a human.
Jesus was a human when He was on this earth, but He is no longer here, He rose to heaven after His resurrection from the dead..
