Choose to be happy.
Know that God wants you to be happy.
Live in the present moment the best you can, the past carries worries and guilt (or not), the future is not here so don't worry about that, Now is all that matters. For real!
Know you decide who you are, no one else can know this.
Be Grateful. Even if it is only for the air you breathe, be grateful.
Know that you are loved, and smile a lot because you know this.
And of course eat an apple each day to keep the doctor away.
PS; I thought of 1 more good thing. Please do your best to forgive yourself for any mistakes you made in your life and try daily if necessary, to forgive others who have harmed you. We are all somehow connected as human beings so it is beneficial on your spiritual path to be at peace with yourself and peace with all the others you meet along the way.

The maturing cosmic entity is,
through all of us, this world and others,
becoming all people, life & things that it can become,
expressing all it can possibly express,
experiencing all that it can experience
so in its height of maturity
it can place everything that works together, every bit of good and fullfillment in this world into its own dimension
as a divine accomplishment.
Now doesn't that make sense?
Everything you do & experience is important - successful or not -
to this highest entity we make
that will some day bring all souls home.
Divinity accomplished by individuals, civilizations and worlds does happen throughout this timely process - called ascension.

there is no answer of life its just a contunious thing with us humans.. but someone did tell me something about that and i cant remember grr.. i know from my point of view that i am here on this earth to learn lessons that i did not finish from a previous life time. i was sent down here to finish so that i can go back to the source.. does that make sense.. foxi

I believe we won't know those answers until we have passed on. I do believe in God/Jesus but I do not attend church (although I'm sure I should) -- that is beside the point. It is just something I think is true. I think when we pass, we will have the answers to things we can't imagine ever getting answers to now.
