both really require each other. The brain requires oxygen and blood from the body and the body needs the brain to control it. However, u could live without a limb, but without a healthy brain, that's your life over

Without a healthy brain, there is no healthy body. Your brain covers just about every major function you have.
If you mean, a healthy mind ie intelligence and rational thinking etc etc, then I'd still say one equates the other.

I believe a healthy body really contributes to a healthy mind. I suffered from stress several years ago. I had previously been very fit and had dealt with many stressful situations with relative ease. However the stress occurred while I was quite unfit and I truly believe I would have coped if I had been fit and strong.

i imagine each and every so often that is in someone's' genes. even if someone beverages, smokes, or has finished drugs also has an outcome on the mind. If someone keeps their concepts busy too. examine lots, save the mind inspired by using exercising the mind by using doing note video games, etc.i'd imagine the mind become meant to get us by skill of many extra years than seventy 5 or 80, yet how we would abuse our bodies has a achievable. i imagine that is truly tremendous she lived that lengthy. i assume you would have some assessments finished like MRI's, CT scans, or some neurological assessments, yet for no different reason that to ascertain how healthful ones mind is, coverage doesn't pay for it.
