I'm 5'5, 135 lbs and my bra size is 36 H. That's 36 inches around and the cup is H. Most stores only sell bras up to D cup. I would NEVER get a reduction because mine are natural and they're a part of who I am and I love my breasts.
Just in case you're wondering, I do have to go to specialy stores or order my bras online because places like victoria's secret don't make them my size.

Big breast can mean big back problems. Most women get breast reduction for health reasons and fitting into trendy clothes more easily is a side benifit.

I was a 34FF and I got a reduction. It was medically necessary. The back problems I had would have only gotten worse, until I was a hunchback. I'm now a 34C and have never been so happy!

Yes we are always wonder if he likes us just because we have big boobs. You don't know what it cost in good bras so they don't pull on the back muscles so bad over the years. And when the start sagging the pull on the back even more. And you need bigger tops to cover them.

My ex-gf wanted it, and my current gf (it's only been ten days, so I think there's still the 15 day government waiting period for this) HAD it done:
The reason - it pulls on your chest as you walk, and it puts pressure on your lungs so it's hard to breathe - like scuba underwater, and it hurts your back.
Unfortunate, I know.
