From your nearest nursery. Since you do not give your location it is not possible to be more specific. Another option would be to try a local vineyard/winery. Depends how many vines you want, but vineyard/winery often sell vines and if not should be able to tell you the name of their nursery.

I assume you know these French American hybrid varieties will do well in your area. I have had acceptable Blanc du Bois wines, but Lenoir (aka Black Spanish) doesn't have a good reputation (although is a very historical American variety) and is said not to last long in the bottle. I'd suggest you look at alternatives for a red wine grape, or talk to a local winery that makes is.
