Why should it be up to the religious leaders - they have done a pretty good job throughout history of F****** it up. Most wars & conflict are over religion - just look whats going on today. If its up to them then sorry - we are all DOOMED!

They could, but they are not willing to give up all that this country has came to depend on, such as oil, products made in factories causing the pollutants, the world has become to self-focused instead of what are true meaning of life should be, in God.
