It's Libido.For some reason we libido when we see a naked human.As far as pleasure it is probably the highest pleasure known to man.No talent or training in particular is needed to libido.The normally well thought out government has no laws against complicit sex.A little change in the mass mind and maybe libido would be as commonplace as going to a restaurant.

To reproduce but humans found out how pleasureable it could be so now most people do it for that. People also found out how much money they could make by producing porn.
