you sound a touch paranoid, I would suggest you see a therapist to work this out.

Negative thoughts usually happened when certain things you work hard for are not achieved. Or sometimes when you are too lonely, that's when the frustrations will eat into you. In order to be more positive you have to have friends who are always confident and not with those who will bring down your mood. Friends who are willing to teach you, appreciate you and show you the ways. Your mood may also sway when girls do not notice you but you must know why. Is it because of your grumpy looks? Learn to smile and you will slowly feel better. Cheer up, there are lots of beautiful time waiting for you. It's okay to feel this way but maybe you should consider readers advise seriously, ok? Good luck, you will be alright.

Unless we have the ability known as Telepathy, no one can hear, see or look at your thoughts.
We speak of the "Thought Police" but it can never really happen because that is the last frontier that is still unapproachable.
How can you stop thinking - just do it! No one can see your thoughts. Seriously! That's stuff for the Sci Fi channel.
Now there are those that may be able to read body language, this is a Psychology problem that people look to read what your body is saying in terms of how you sit, cross your arms or stand, but even this study can come up with incorrect answers as we have to ask the person in the study what is on their mind.
People may be able to read your facial expressions, but that's all we can read. Your thoughts are safe within the boundries of your skull. No one can take them out. No one can put electrodes on your scalp or brain to see what you are thinking.
The brain is still far too complex for us to understand it fully. One day scientists may be able to do so, but for the time being - no one can do that without your permission.
MOVE ON! There's too much going on for you to worry about something as this.

A little bit of a med like Risperdal might help with this. If that's your only symptom, you might just need a little bit. It's not normal to have to suffer from thoughts like that. Go to a psychiatrist. Everyone does nowdays. A psychiatrist is not the same as a psychologist or therapist or counselor. A psychiatrist only prescribes medication. But counseling doesn't hurt, either, if you pick a good Cognitive Behavioral Therapist.
P.S. I'm not a doctor, and this is not medical advice.

I just want to make sure and make sure that you are very aware of your body responses... but if you are actually affraid that people can see the words that you are thinking, there is a small chance that schizoprinia (sorry i cant spell!) developing. there are medications that can be taken if this is the case to curb it... but you have to know what is really going on. If you are just a poor poker face, sorry my dear, but if you have a face that shows emotions, then you are stuck. But why would you want to conceal this beauty. Emotions are one of the few real things left in this world. Time will take away some of the see-through-ness of yourself. it hardens you a little. which is why i would revel in your youthfulness and freedom. just dont hang out with a crew that lying is required!
Good luck!

It might be a sign of paranoia, or perhaps is minimized if you assure yourself that you know that that can't happen, for a fact no-one can read your thoughts. People may react to your expression and what you say, but those are things you can control.

Then you need to believe that they can't see your thoughts, but only read what you give them.
I can tell you know the answer to this, though. ;)
