The Dead Sea has a salinity of about 300 ppt
The Great Salt Lake has a salinity of as much as 280 ppt

I would say it is the Dead Sea b/c anyone and everyone can float on that body of water b/c of the high density of the salt in it. The Great Salt Lake probably has a lotof salt in it too, but not as much as the Dead Sea.
