I feel your pain, but no one asked anyone to make the journey. Maybe it would be much safer for some to find gainful employment closer to home where many jobs are being off-shored to. May be it would be more beneficial to find jobs too in China, India and Taiwan.

Call me crazy, but I do not consider transporting children to get an education wasteful. That is one of the few productive things our country is doing right now. Education is a big factor in breaking the poverty cycle. Maybe Mexico should transport its school children (if they don't already-I'm not sure) and then eventually the economic state can improve. Educating just one child is worth so much more than helping out an illegal immigrant trying to sneak into the US. And seriously, why would the US help illegal immigrants come into the country-isn't that a little bit of a contradiction? It's like us saying, "okay, you're not allowed to come over here, but we'll come pick you up and give you a ride across so nothing happens to you on your illegal journey." It makes no sense. Why not just erase the border if the US were going to do that? Get the proper documentation and seriously, if you're going to take advantage of all America has to offer-speak the damn language. Mexican nationals choose to come here, the risks are known. A human is acting illegally if he is breaking the law, which sneaking into the US qualifies as breaking the law. Also, immigrants know they're not getting a high paying job. Comparing a Hispanic to a slave would be rather offensive if I were an African American, considering their ancestors actually were slaves. The real slaves didn't have much of a choice in coming here, they were forced. I don't see us forcing the Hispanics over here to work free of charge and beating them if they disobey. Lastly, I don't think our immigration problem can be compared to the Holocaust either. I have yet to see a mass destruction of all the mexicans that are here. I haven't seen any Mexicans with a gold "M" on their shirt. I'm still having a hard time your question is actually serious-it kinda blows my mind to think that someone would actually think this is a valid argument. The U.S. is using it's tax dollars to provide access to an education for all children and I can think of few ways the money would be better spent. Maybe Mexico should take a few lessons...

Well, the people in power have a vested interested in seeing that schoolchildren get to school. Why would they want illegal immigrants, whom they don't even want in the country, to be allowed to come in by the busload? Also, if people coming into the country illegally didn't agree to work for so little money, people wouldn't treat them like slaves. And um, considering the fact that the Holocaust involved Jews, I'm pretty sure, with the exception of hispanic Jews, it's not a good comparison. Furthermore, Jewish people were put into concentration camps, gassed, worked to death, beaten, raped, forcibly separated from their children etc etc etc etc so the plight of illegal immigrants in the U.S. doesn't really equate to that. I'm assuming, of course, that the government hasn't set up a gas chamber at the border.

1. They have been using the bus service for YEARS. Many parents have a thing called "jobs" and they cannot drive their child to and fro all the time. Many children, also, are too young and in too much threat of being kidnapped to walk by themselves. It's safer for them to ride on a public bus, not to mention saves gas than having every parent with a car driving to school.
2. It's not that they're illegal, it's that they come into the country illegally rather than doing it the proper, legal way.
3. What the hell?
4. You show your social ignorance by comparing this to the Holocaust.

Where the *ell are you from???? The United States has provided bus service for OUR school children for as long as I can remember. They must live more than 1 mile away from the school.
As for the other part of your question, which was just totally idiotic, I don't care what country you came from. If you are here ILLEGALLY you are breaking the LAW. Why should Americans foot the bill for undocumented workers, they don't give a crap about us or our country, they are only here to make money to send home, they are sucking our resources dry. UNITED STATES, LOVE IT OR LEAVE IT!!!!!!!!

1) They are illegal and a drain on our economy.
2) School buses are for children to get an education here, obviously you missed the school bus your whole life.
3) Mexico's citizens= Mexico's problem
4) The holocaust is not a comparision to a group of people crossing borders illegally. Ironically enough, most Jews are AGAINST illegal immigration.

Chupa ... when will you ever get a grip?? Do you know what illegal means? Nobody asked the illegal aliens to risk their lives to come here .... nobody asked them to work here ... in fact they shouldn't BE here ... and whether any HUMAN is illegal or not is a moot point .. entering a country ILLEGALLY is illegal!! We don't WANT Hispanic slaves! And what the holocaust has to do with anything is just beyond me ... how about you trying to grow up a bit??

The people in thierself are not illegal, but they are illegal aliens once they decide to enter the US illegally, thier actions are.
so they are now guilty of an illegal action and should be tried and punished for their actions.
And no they are not slaves, but the illegal ones are guilty and are in risk of punihsment.
And yes we should bus them all back to Mexico where they are suppose to be.
An invasion of another countries people into another nation used to be called a war.

VOTE ME INTO OFFICE AND I CAN STOP THE FURTHER COMING OF MEXICIAN ILLEGALS AND I CAN DO IT FOR FREE!!!!! TWO EASY STEP
1). declare the area from the border to 1/2 mile in as a "no trespassing" area
2). make it legal for all americians to stand between 1/2 - 3/4 mile in from the border with the permission to shoot to kill any person found not obeying the first part.
Would to run into a country full of rednecks sitting on the back of a pickup with a case of beer under one arm and a case of automatic ammuniton under the other?
