I am going hardcore i know. I am going to the gym everymorning 6 days a week. taking karate classes 3 times a week (monday tuesday wednesday) and the following days i walk 1 hour (thrusday friday saturday sunday). I am trying to get in shape and lose weight. Cutting calories and eating only fruits veggies and oats. Do you think i will lose weight fast this way? GO hard or dont go at all...right?

If you continue this, you will loose weight. However, how long it will take you is any body's guess. The important thing to do is to keep it up until you have lost all the weight you want to. The reason why people don't recommend that you do too much is because most people can't keep it up over a long enough period of time to loose weight. They get bored/frustrated/tired and quit too soon. It will take time to loose the weight.

Once you are down to your desired weight, you won't have to do so much to keep it off. You could lower the amount of time you spend exercising and the weight will not come back. However, you do have to keep exercising in moderation or it will. You also have to keep your calories low (but not as low as when you are trying to loose the weight).

The only way the weight will come back is if you stop exercising completely and eat unhealthily again. Hope this helps!!

It really depends on you though and how your body responds. If you go hardcore like that for a while you may do some ligament damage, but who knows these things. Maybe if you go for a cpl weeks straight like this and take 3 days off, your body will have a chance to heal, and you will find a big difference in your performance once you get rolling again, or use your best judgement its your body. 1 week then 2 days off, etc etc You have to figure out what your body wants.

your body needs more that fruits, veggies, and oats. You need protein from red meats, poultry, and fish. You need other Vitamins such as Vitamins A, C, D and others that keep you nice and healthy. otherwise you will find that your body might start rebelling against you. you will start feeling "not so good." it is always a good idea to stay away from carbs such as white breads, flour, tortillas, white rice, etc, but don't cut everything else out. good luck

I think it's great that you wanna lose weight...it's healthy, but you don't wanna over do it at the same time..once you lose the weitght.youre gonna have to keep a program going..so maybe by lessening it just a lil..it would be easier to keep going on..

you need some lean meat and fish also. it will depend on your age among other things if you will lose weight fast or not. i hope your also remembering to drink plenty of water!

it you keep it up you will lose weight, but once you stop...the weight will be right in you again.
