Very rude. When you go into the bathroom the person on the phone can hear an echo. I know, because my friend did it one time. Tell them you'll call them back in a few minutes or put them on hold.

Well, is this really any different than holding conversation with a friend in the next stall of a public restroom? I don't think so. However, I wouldn't say it's appropriate to do while on the phone with just anyone. Sure, your husband, best friend, or boyfriend might not mind. But it may not be the most appropriate thing to do while talking to Grandma or your boss. I guess it's like anything else.....just depends on the circumstances. But I would say NEVER discuss the details of using the toilet while on the phone. No running commentary....."Oooh, that was a big one" or "Wow, I just peed a gallon!" That's not needed. And never flush while on the call unless you can mute the call momentarily.

sure it quite is. such as you pronounced, till that's significant, then there is not any might desire to be on the telephone - it quite is rude. I purely think of cellular telephones are ridiculous. If i'm out, i'm with human beings i want to be with and that i will chat to you later.. no longer now. Geez!! yet sure, you're precise.

I know some people who get their undies all in a wad over this issue. I don't see what difference it makes. It's not like someone is there to see you and it's not like you are announcing to them in huge letters "I AM GOING TO THE BATHROOM NOW!!!" Just go and do your business without mentioning it. Most will be none the wiser.

no, as long as the person you are talking doesn't know what you are doing. the phone is for your convenience, not the demands of other people.
