Here it goes: 2 years ago i was seing this guy but i told him that we should not rush into things because he had just broken up with his gf of 4 years. ( i didnt wanna be the rebound) So he took that as a rejection and started seing a girl now they have been together for a approx 1 year and a 1/2 before hand i thought i was over him but guess what I'm not . at time i think he still has feeling due to somethings he tells me. We hangout at least 2 times a week and call each other 4 times a week. I keep on trying to get over him but my feelings get stronger . WHat sould i do?

This guy is not stable. He broke a 4 year relationship and now he is seeing another girl and at the same time hanging around with you. Their should not be any confusion now.

Keep on telling yourself.....for how long should I wait? Do I have to be the second best every day for months? What do I do to stop this feelings and move on?
It is because life goes on and there is nothing you could do except breaking him up with his gal. It seems now the advantage is on his side. 2 girls want him- The one he chose over you and the one who feel/live in regret, denial, pining on him and feel sorry for herself for being too late!?

I would not reject him...
give him a try on HIS terms... and negotiate from there.
Standing on ceremony... is stupid. Look at the time you already wasted.
Do you think REBOUNDS aren't real? She, the other 'back-board' certainly experienced a relationship you did not.
