Try chewing on Parsley. Yes, it will get stuck in your teeth. However, it helps prevent halitosis. Stick with the fresh stuff. Also, you could try mint leaves, they do the same thing. Plus, I tried this stuff called "Breath Asure"; it's a little pill that you swallow, and it helps prevent bad smells from coming up from your stomach (a leading cause of bad breath). Hope it helps!

Most bad breath has to do with your stomach and your esophogus not just your dental hygene. Try brushing your tongue! Find out what foods you eat that once in the digestive tract make it worse: Are some better or worse than others? Are you lactose itolerant? Milk products and dairy make bad breath worse. If you like Yogurt (I know but it has enzymes that make it a good dairy product.) containing what your bowel needs to digest food properly so that it doesn't effect your breath. You can also Floss and cut back on sugar and caffene. The best herbal remedy (if you are sure you are not alergic) for simple chronic halitosis is, Cinnamon Sticks. Cinnamon is a natural astringent and antiseptic which is why it is used in Gum and toothpaste flavors so if you don't like mint, try that! I sucked on cinnamon sticks to stop smoking too.

Brush your teeth often and drink 8 glasses of water a day. Dehydration can be a big cause of bad breath.
Parsley often gets rid of bad breath.

I would suggest getting a tongue scraper (it gets the toxins off of the tongue) and possibly to a de-tox cleanse. By getting toxins out of the body, makes the body smell better, weather its bad breath, stinky arm pits, etc.
Also, the body gets rid of toxins through various ways (from the skin to the tongue). So by aiding the body in elimination (i.e. scraping the tongue) helps the body maintain a healthy balance (keeping from the toxins from accumulating, such things as smell gets alleviated)

Before you brush your teeth use an instrument called a tongue brush. Most of the bacteria that causes bad breath are on the tongue. This brush(or blade) will remove most of the bacteria that your toothbrush can't. Good Luck!

Brush your teeth and floss regularly, for starters.
Also, make sure you clean your tongue thoroughly. A lot of bad breath comes from plaque buildup on the tongue. Investing in a tongue scraper might be a good idea.

Brush your tongue off really well after you take care of your teeth and make sure to floss. That should get rid of most bad breath.

Brush your teeth and use mouthwash. It's just little more than a minute of pain. If you want people to talk to you, you'll do it.
