You cannot!
It's impossible to hypnotize someone unknowingly or against their will!
The subject must be willing and knowingly allow themselves to be hypnotized.

You can't FORCE someone to be hypnotized. The person being hypnotized and the the person hypnotizing must work together. If the person doesn't want to be hypnotized, it won't work.
